Hi, I’m Luke Powers, founder of Laser Tailored.
What started as a hobby has grown into a family-run business built on hard work, craftsmanship, and the desire to create something meaningful. My wife and I are raising three young boys, and every hat that leaves our shop reflects the values we hope to pass on: honesty, quality, and taking pride in doing things the right way.
Laser Tailored isn’t just about making hats. It’s about building a legacy our family can be proud of.
THE BLUEPRINT
Some of my earliest memories are sitting in my mom’s hair salon while she worked. Looking back, I realize she wasn’t just making a living; she was showing me what hard work, honesty, and consistency looked like.
Today, my boys spend time in the shop while I work, and I can’t help but think about those moments from my childhood.
One day they may not remember every hat I made, but I hope they remember that Dad worked hard, kept his word, chased a dream, and always made time for his family.
