Order Processing & Production Time

Pre-Made Items (In-Stock Products)

Pre-made items that are already in stock are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Made-to-Order Items (Small-Batch Production)

Some products are made to order and produced in small batches. These items are created after an order is placed rather than pulled from pre-made inventory.

Because of this process, please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships.

We place orders for materials and prints in batches and complete production during scheduled runs. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received and ship once production is complete.

Production times may vary depending on supplier turnaround, order volume, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has completed processing or production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping times shown at checkout reflect transit time only and do not include processing or production time.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
